My love of home decor probably rivals my love of fashion. Both allow me to express myself creatively, and can be achieved without breaking the bank. The only difference being that I don’t DIY my clothes/accessories as much as I do my home stuff, but since I’ve been thinking about investing in a sewing machine – that might eventually change! Stay tuned 
So I’m a huge fan of the virtual inspiration board site called Polyvore, and it’s there where I often play around with ideas for both outfits and decor. It’s amazing how much the two inspire one another, and so I thought I’d share some of my House to Fashion creations with you all.

I got a pretty great Brother sewing machine from Amazon, and it wasn’t expensive at all! The only thing that my mom always says is that sometimes making clothes is more expensive than buying them. She used to make all her outfits, and some of ours, but things have changed over the years. Jewelry is a really fun DIY though!
